An introduction speech for the silver jubilee of a teacher:

Esteemed Principal, Respected Teachers, Honourable Chief Guest our Collector Sir Mr. Winner and our Dear Teacher Mrs. Palm.

I, on behalf of my friends and all students, wish to welcome you all for this most beautiful day - silver jubilee celebration of our beloved teacher on the dais, Mrs. Palm. I am sure all present here would wonder why I am specifically using the statement 'our teacher' on the dais because she has never wanted to be there all her teaching career despite her great achievements of honor from the chief minister of the Government.

She always wanted to be amidst us coaxing us, praying for us, helping us and being here with us whenever we wanted her. She was our mother at school, very caring, very understandable. We have never felt any subject to be difficult because of her knowledgeable help, be it science, maths or any language. Today is her day. 25 years of teaching career well spent for the entire student family.

One goal towards which she constantly wished that her students should enjoy their school days when they look back. Mam, today is the day we are looking back 25 years of your hard work for us to be happy. What we can give you in return for your lasting love is our love.

What we hope to give you and in one Unitarian voice is that we would like to tell you that we are there for you and we will always honor your name. We have arranged for special jugal bandh orchestra as a treat from us as you like listening to music which is your best friend.

Thank you, all and I would call upon our Guest of Honor to do the honors.
