The human ear is an organ whose primary function is to hear a sound and to detect and analyze noise .
Structure of Human Ear:
The three main parts are:
1.the outer ear
2.the middle ear
3. and the inner ear.
The outer ear consists of pinna which directs the sound to travel through the ear canal to reach the ear drum . Due to compression, membrane present in inner ear starts vibrating. The vibrations is passed on to three bones in middle ear called: hammer, anvil, and stirrup and is amplified 20 times than the actual vibration.
after amplification, the vibration is passed on to oval ear called cochlea. A liquid is present in the cochlea. when the vibrations are sent to this liquid, it creates waves and gets the electrical signal out of the cochlea. From there it is sent to brain through auditory nerve. Brain reads the electrical impulses and detects the sound.

Answer:
❀ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴅ ᴀɴsᴡᴇʀ:
↦ Our human ear consists of outer ear, middle and inner ear.
↦So, the outer ear is like a funnel where sound enters and travels down the canal (middle ear) to reach a thin membrane called ear drum.
↦ The eardrum is like a stretched rubber sheet.
↦ Sound vibrations make the eardrum vibrate.
↦ The eardrum sends vibrations to the inner ear. From there, the signal goes to the brain. That is how we hear.
