do some basic stretchings for 20-30 mins for first time over all then increase the time gradually for better effects do stretching twice a day once in morning then in evening.(empty stomach) (don't hang up as it confuses the mind)
you can do stretching like cobra, super cobra, cat/cow stretch, super stretch, bridge, parallel legs in air. these are more beneficial.
