if nucleus is removed in cell and give two reasons

as much i've understood ur question the answer is:
1.if nucleus is removed from a cell the cell dies.All the metaboilic activities in our life takes place through a cell.
2.if its a unicellular organism,if the nucleus is removed from the cell it may lead to death of that organism.

Nucleus are very important as it carries genetic information and it is transferred from parent and daughter cells.So if nucleus is removed,the cell has no regulation of activities,cell cannot divide and finally the cell dies.

Amoggha: if Nucleus is removed from the cell,the controlling of cell is done by Nucleus if its not there it cant be controlled nd has no activities.
