A process known as Williamson's synthesis in which we react alkyl halide with sodium alkoxide to produce ether.

Reaction of sodium methoxide with methyl bromide.

CH3ONa + CH3Br----->CH3-O-CH3+NaBr

Here are some other examples in the pic which may help you out.

Answer: You can prepare ether by Willamon's Synthesis.

Preparation of Ether from Methyl bromide:

                →    Ch₃-Br + Ch₃-Ch-O-Na ⇒ Ch₃-Ch-O-Ch₃ + NaBr

                                                     |                      |

                                                    Ch₃                 Ch₃
