How would you arrange games and other activities for resolving conflict among children

Here's your answer,

I would arrange the games by takimg all the choises of the children, note it down in a book and, then would try to recognise the majority of likings in the given set of games, and would pick one, later on try to convince the other children.....

First of all I force them to play together if they did not then I tell them to move out to play but they did not and last I take opinion from one and try to covience other and after the other one to do the same.
