We will use universal indicator and if it turns green in colour then it is neutral, which is a property of water.
But many salts are also neutral
So we would pass electricity through it and if it facilitates the passage of electricity through itself then it is NOT pure water as pure water is not conductive.
Hence we can confirm if it is pure water or not.

Evaporate the colourless liquid on a low flame if there is no residue left ,then the colourless liquid is pure water otherwise if some residue left then it is not pure water
