Ultraviolet is an electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength from 10 nm to 400 nm, shorter than that of visible light but longer than X-rays. They cause damage to our skin and plants. They are very dangerous rays.

UV rays are Ultraviolet, harmful rays of Sun which can cause skin cancer, damage to the plants and eyes, tanning etc... For the protection of UV rays, ozone layer is present on Earth....
