This would depend on your personal experience. In my case, I can say that the locality is much more populated today. Long years ago, we would get sunlight streaming into the house. However, that is no longer possible due to the construction of flats around my house. Also, there is a lot of traffic now and so children cannot any longer play in the streets. Also the park is far more crowded now. With more and more people moving in, there is also the pressure on underground water, which appears to be moving lower and lower with every passing year.
