you can get at the power socket/plug of the camera [assuming they’re powered by a low voltage dc line], and have a matching plug/socket handy, you could feed a reverse-polarity voltage in. if there’s no reverse-polarity protection built in, like a diode, then that camera would be zapped. some cameras are built cheap, not good.
or you could just feed in a high-voltage spike [1 Kilovolt?] into its power feed. watch the magic smoke leak from its seams.
if you’re feeling lazy tho, get a gloss-black spray-paint and spray its lens completely black carefully… why the gloss, instead of matt-black? because the lens itself is glossy, so you want the paint to escape causal notice. ;-)
