yes,humans cannot survive by taking a single kind of food all the way his life
- we need all kinds nutrients in our diet i.e. carbohydrates protiens lipids vitamins and minerals for a healthy body.
- if something goes unbalanced may be excess or less it leads to malnutrition(due to lack of nutrients) or obesity(due to excess nutrients).
- chapathi/rice, curd, vegetables, fruits, vegetables, dal, and a piece of jaggery every day forms a complete diet
