Different parts of the world have different climate, economic and political status, this makes different parts have wants and needs that are specific to them for instance, the need of polar countries cannot be the need of tropical countries, the need of first world countries cannot be the need of third world countries, needs and wants continue to vary with advancement in technology and status thereby cannot be static.
