In my opinion i think it means that toasters can't toast toast, they can only toast bread. If you more toast, you'll only get burnt toast. This will taint your bread toasting toaster, rendering it a well meaning toast producing toaster that cannot toast toast, only attempt to re-toast previously toasted bread into over-toasted previously toasted bread otherwise know as sh*t. You don't want a shi*ty toaster, do you?
