i am eligible for the NSEJS examination this year(2018) and next year(2019). can i write the exam twice, or i am allowed to write it only once?

Yes you can give the exam twice as per your wish. But the only thing that you make sure about is the age criteria which is set to give NSEJS exam.

If you are studying in 9th standard then also you can give the exam and if you are studying in 10th standard then also.

The given age limits are that you are eligible for this test up till your 10th standard.
