i am very confused when to find curved surface area and total surface area.

if given in question a word completely then tsa or given only curve parts then csa & in general given to find surface area then find tsa

it is too easy to understand because for example , the part of a cone that we are able to touch without banding our hands that area is known as curve surface area.
