i can read book but during reading i couldn't understand what's written

There is variation in every case. If it is a novel or reference book,then you need to build up your vocabulary and enhance your language skills in that particular language. In case if it is your own book you can improve your handwriting or be in good mood while writing. Your mood plays a big role in how your handwriting is.

- list down all the vocab that u didnt understand in the book and search dictionaries. after u know the meaning. reread again.

- maybe the book that u read is not your type of book try to read book that u really like. find book genre that u love for example i love horror so i always read books about ghost and i can easily understand the content because i love that topic.
