Ans-1 The working of both compass and GPS are like this:
Compass- As we magnet only denotes two poles bcoz it has magnet inside it and needle slightly over it.Which shows the direction while moving as it repels the needle and shows N.Pole n S.Pole.
GPS-It is an equipment which is used by all over the world to navigate different places across the world actually it is network of satellites launched by different countries and it controlled by their own military groups of their country.
Ans-2It is related to experiments regarding charge, magnetism, and their interaction, he found that charge on a conductor only resided on the outer surface.
