Hello Dear!!!

Here's your answer....

Pythagoras theorem was given by Pythagoras.

This theorem is only applicable for right angle triangles

This theorem is related to sides of a right angled triangle.

The side opposite to right angle is called as hypotenuse.

Hypotenuse is the largest side of a right angled triangle.

So....he said that sum of squares of adjacent and opposite side is equal to the square of hypotenuse.

For example-

Opposite side is a

Adjacent side is b

and hypotenuse is c

then,

 {c}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}
This is called as Pythagoras theorem.

Heya....

Pytagoras was a Mathematician

Who gave out an Amazing Theory......

He Said That,

In A Right angle triangle,

The Square of Its Longest Side (Hypotenuse)

Is Equal to The Other two sides Square

The Line on which, Triangle stands is called as Base

The Other Straight line is called Perpendicular

In terms of equation, it can be written as

(Hypotenuse)^2 = (Base)^2 + (Perpendicular)^2

Or, (H)^2 = (P)^2 + (B)^2
