If 2 candles blew out we are still left with 7 candles out of which 5 are lit and 2 candles that are extinguished.

But still there is catch, if those 5 candles are lit longer, they will melt and we will be left with 2 candles

Depending on when it is counted, we are left with either 7 or 2 candles

If I have 7 candles lit, and 2 of them blew out, how many candles do I have left with. 

It is very interesting and tricky question, because if 2 out of 7 candles blew out, the number of candles I have, will not change at all. I will have 7 candles in all. Out of the 7 candles, 5 are lit and 2 are extinguished. 

So, the instant answer of this question is that I will have 7 candles in all.
