Basic units are. This is the arangement,each step is muliplied by 10 to get next step. for eg: mili*10=centi, centi*10=deci..
mili
centi
deci
unit
deca
hecta
kilo
then for metre to kilometre we have 3 steps so 10*10*10.i.e 1Km=1000m.
1l=1cm^3(it is 1 volume = 1 litre)
for 1 hour, it contains 60 minutes.Hence 1hr=60mins , 2hrs=60*2mins.
1 minute contains 60 seconds hence 2mins=2* 60 seconds
mili
centi
deci
unit
deca
hecta
kilo
then for metre to kilometre we have 3 steps so 10*10*10.i.e 1Km=1000m.
1l=1cm^3(it is 1 volume = 1 litre)
