Hey M8

It depends on what you want to read and what interest you have for .

This is my personal experience

1) You can try reading manga which is the type of Japanese comic that has pictures it will start helping you in developing reading habit I personally have tried doing so and have got a good reading habit once I start reading a manga I spend lot of time doing it. I usually do it when I am bored.

2 )Once you get good interesting mangas you will start developing a reading habit for light novels these novels tend to be the base of a manga they don't contain pictures.

WARNING : mangas tend to be extremely addictive read at your own risk

Here my personal experience ENDS

There are billions of novels that you can read online as a soft copy or offline as an hard copy just find which genre you like it may be romance action fantasy or etc

If you like inventions or something related to science then you can try reading biographies of famous scientists it may be Steve Jobs or somebody else

HOPE THIS HELPS

PLEASE COMMENT ON HOW MY ANSWER WAS
