1,4,9,7,7,9,13,10,?

(I) 1st, 4th, 7th are in a pattern

1st: 1

4th: 1+6=7

7th: 1+6+6=13

(II) 2nd, 5th, 8th are in a pattern

2nd: 4

5th: 4+3=7

8th: 4+3+3=10

(III) But, 3rd, 6th and 9th are equal.

3rd: 9

6th: 9

so, 9th: ?=9

So, the pattern goes like this:

1, 4, 9, 7, 7, 9, 13, 10, 9, 19, 13, 9... and so on
