(a) How long will it take him to cycle a distance of
45 km,
(ii) 36 km,

=> x = 144 min or 2 hr 24 min

Hence, Time = 144 min or 2 hr 24 min

(iii) Let the time taken = x min

11x = 20*44

=> x = 80 min or 1 hr 20 min

Hence, Time = 80 min or 1 hr 20 min

(b)We know that,

Speed = Distance/Time

=> Speed = 11*1000/44*60 (Converting into m/sec)

=> Speed = 8.33m/sec
