The magnitude has to be same also...the body should be linear so that it won't change any direction thus not allowing velocity to ulter
Distance should be same I said distance because if the body goes without changing its velocity then distance is displacement ... Also time taken should be same...

Well By the way what you asked is same it means what is the difference between speed and the body which is going straight with same speed and other factors
