Given:

Temperature of 10°C

To Find:

Value of given temperature in Fahrenheit scale

Solution:

We know that,

  • Relation between Celsius scale and Fahrenheit scale is given by

\pink{\boxed{\bf{F=\dfrac{9C}{5}+32}}}

where

F is the temperature in Fahrenheit scale

C is temperature in Celsius scale

\rule{190}{1}

On using above relation, we get

\longrightarrow\rm{F=\dfrac{9C}{5}+32}

\longrightarrow\rm{F=\dfrac{9(10)}{5}+32}

\longrightarrow\rm{F=\dfrac{\cancel{90}}{\cancel{5}}+32}

\longrightarrow\rm{F=18+32}

\longrightarrow\rm{F=50}

Hence, the value of given temperature in Fahrenheit scale is 50°F.
