Change the sentence :-

1. No other boy in the class is so clever as he .

Into Comparative degree :-

Here we will use any other to transform the sentence into comparative degree .

He is cleverer than any other boy in the class .

2. Very few animals are so ferocious  as a tiger .

Into superlative degree .

Tiger is one of the most ferocious animal .

3. Why didn't you do the work ?

Into Passive voice :-

Here the sentence is in simple Past tense so in passive we will use was/were and 3rd form of main verb .

Why was work not done by you ?

4. She read the novel .

Into negative form .

Here the main verb is read it may be 1st or 2nd any form . So we don't know that whether the sentence is in present simple or past simple form so the sentence can be as follows

She did/does not read a novel
