☆Hello friendz

 \frac{2x +  \sqrt{4 {x}^{2} - 1 } }{2x -  \sqrt{4 {x}^{2} - 1 } } = 4

2x+2x-1/ 2x-2x-1= 4
4x-1/ -1=4
-4=4x-1
-4+1=4x
-3= 4x
-3/4= x
