talking in sense of computer science .. constant are those whose values do not changes during program execution
where as variable are those whose values changes during the whole program.

There is only one thing in difference to talk about,

Constant is a value which does not change at anytime, Even if you check it after 100 years,

Ex : 1,2, etc are constants , because their value doesn't change over time !

Whereas when we talk about variables, It is a value which changes everytime when something is assigned to it,

For example : x is an variable, In some maths problem x = 30° or in some problems it is some other, By this we can say that it changes over time !

This is the main difference,
