For deeply knowledge you should visit Kangra once in life. But you can also learn this language from Social media like Facebook, Youtube etc. Many pages and youtube channels are promoting rich culture heirtage of Himachal Pradrsh. For some general question just read it -:

Here are some examples of Himachali Language. This Language is dying day by day because of lack of support from Govt. There are so many politicians who said that himachali language changes after every 20 km which is just a rumour like Hindus hates Muslims.
