I once made a vibrating module that would crawl all over in many directions.. you can make some changes nd ot should work Get a DC motor ... just wing the number of the RPM Grab some sort of wing like material ( I used an ice cream stick) Then make one side of the stick heavier by attaching some weight on it... I used clay to add weight... The make a hole exactly the center so that you can attach it to the motor, Then grab any sort of light base you like...I used an empty double toothpaste box.. Stick your mechanism to the smaller side of the box.. You can see that the heavy part of the propellor is downward Attach the motor to the batteries It states and you can already see it crawling on your desk... adjust the weight if you have to... Attach the wires to an on off switch Attach the switch to the box/ the base you used...... This is what I did and I guess you could attach some springs to the base ..( not symmetrically) then you could attach two propellors instead of one .. on either side or maybe even 4 propellors Add a little bit more weight to one side of that propellor than you would with one propellor

AoiShiori: The propellor should have two ends not more than that
AoiShiori: Hope this works for you
