Ibrahim Roza, a prilgrimage is located in Bijapur city. It is situated in the present state of Karnataka which is the south of India.  

This city is established by the Chalukyan dynasty of Kalyani between the tenth and eleventh centuries and truly named ‘City of Victory’ or Vijayapura.

From 1489 until 1686 this city was a capital of the Adil Shahi dynasty sultanate.
