When acids like HCL react with Base like NaoH then it forms a salt NaCl.
If a strong base and weak acids combines then the salt formed is of acidic nature and if a strong base and a weak acid is form then salt is of basic nature .But if a strong acid and strong base react then salts is of Ph 7 which means neigther acidic nor basic.
