rate = K [A]n

n is the order of reaction

write units on both sides

mol L-1 s-1 = K [mol L-1 ]n

unit of K = [mol L-1 ]1 - n s-1

--------------

(1) For n = 0

unit of K = [mol L-1]1 - 0 s-1 = L-1 mol s-1

its zero order reaction.

----

(2) n = 2

unit of K = [mol L-1]1 - 2 s-1 = [ mol L-1]-1 s-1 = L mol-1 s-1

It is second order reaction

0 order ! Rate = k [A]^0. , where everything has its usual meanings. So , mathematically,  Rate= k. The units will be the same.
