1)If the Device is Cultivator So then,

Cultivator: Cultivator is used for Ploughing. Ploughing is done by tractor driven cultivator (See 1st Figure)

Merits: The use of cultivator saves labour & time.

2)If the Device is A seed drill So then,

A seed Drill: Seed drill is used for sowing the seeds with the help of tractors.(see 2nd figure)

Merits: 1)This tool sows the sows the seeds uniformly at proper distances and depths.

2)It ensures that seeds get covered by the soil after sowing to prevent damage caused by birds.
