If 1/3 of a number exceeds its 2/7 by 1 ,find the number

Let the no. Be 'x'.
(1/3)x =(2/7)x+1
(1/3-2/7)x=1
(1/21)x=1
x= 21

7x-6x/21=1
7x-6x=21
x=21
the number is 21
