If 12 men or 18 women complete a piece of work in 7 days, in how many days can 4 men and 8 women complete the same work?

I think of Maths hope it helps. ..
Sol:
12 men = 18 women ⇒ 1 man = 3/2 women
4 men = (3/2) x 4 = 6 women
Total women = 6 + 8 = 14
18 women can do a piece of work in 7 days
14 women can do the work = (7 x 18)/14 = 9 day

Hence, 4 men and 8 women can comle te the work in 9 days.
