Answer:

(i) 256/5 √(256/5) = √(256)/ √(5) = √(16×16)/ √ (5) = 16/ (√5) = 16/2.236 = 7.155

(ii) 27/50 √(27/50) = √(27)/ √(50) = √(3×3×3)/ √(5×5×2) = (3√3)/ (5√2) = (3×1.732)/ (5×1.414) = 5.196/7.07 = 0.735

Hope it helps you!!!!!

The value of √125/144 is 0.9323.

Given:

√2 =1.414

√5=2.236

√3=1.732

To Find:

The value of √125/144.

Solution:

We are required to find the value of √125/144.

√125 can be written as

√125 = √5×√5×√5  -----(1)

√5=2.236

Substitute the value of √5 in equation(1)

√125 = 2.236×2.236×2.236

= 11.1793

√144 can be written as

√144 = √2×√2×√2×√2×√3×√3   -------(2)

Substitute the value of √2 and √3 in equation(2)

√144 = 1.414×1.414×1.414×1.414×1.732×1.732

√144 = 11.992

(√125/144) = √125/√144   -------(3)

Substitute the value of √125 and √144 in equation(3)

(√125/144) = 11.1793/11.992

(√125/144)  = 0.9323

Therefore, The value of √125/144 is 0.9323.
