here is your answer

Given : 2/3 and -3 are the zeroes of p(x) = ax^2+7x+b

to find the value of a and b

A . T . Q .

sum of the zeroes = -b/a

2/3+(-3) = -7/a

-7/3=-7/a

a=3

now ,

product of zeroes = c/a

2/3*(-3) = b/a

-2 = b/3

-2*3 = b

b = -6

hence the value of a and b are 3 and -6
