3a = 5b \\ a= \frac{5b}{3}

similarly

4b = 6c \\ c = \frac{4b}{6}

a:c =>

 \frac{ \frac{5b}{3} }{ \frac{4b}{6} } \\ \frac{5b}{3} \times \frac{6}{?4b}

 \frac{5}{2}

□so a:c => 5:2
