the answer is 1.08 percentage of fat

Step-by-step explanation:

the militers of fat in 40 liters is 4000 divided by100 then multiplied by 15

which is 600 ml (of fat)

the ml of fat in 60 liters  is the same, 6000 divided by 100 and then multiplied by 8

which is 480

now the total milk is 100 liters and fat is 600+480=1080ml

thus there is 1.08% of fat in total
