Answer: The coordinates of C are -7 and 4

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the coordinates of     = x1+ x2 + x3/ 3 , y1+ y2+ y3 / 3

the centroid of a triangle

Given:

x1 = 3

x2 = 10

y1 = -5

y2= -2

The coordinates of the centroid G( 2, -1)

To find: Coordinates of C or x3 and y3

Now,

2 = x1+x2+x3/3

3+10+x3 = 6

x3 = 6-13

x3= -7

Similarly,

-1 = y1+y2+y3 / 3

-5 -2 +y3 = -3

y3 = -3 +7

y3 = 4

Thus , the coordinates of C are -7 and 4 .

I hope this helps you! Have a great day! :D
