Answer:

a = -4/7

b = 2/21

c = 1/3

(a-b)-c = a-(b-c)

( -4/7 - 2/21 ) - 1/3 = -4/7 - ( 2/27 - 1/3 )

(-12-2 / 21) - 1/3 = -4/7 - (2-9/27)

-14/21 - 1/3 = -4/7 + 7/27

-14-7/21 = -108+49/189

-21/21 = -59/189

-1 = -59/189

So , we have proved that ,

(a-b)-c is not equal to a-(b-c)
