Thus, A:C= 8:3
Now equalise the value of A in both A:B and A:C like this:-
A:B= 2:3= 2x4 : 3x4 (Multiplying both antecedent and consequent by same no.)
            = 8:12
Thus A:B= 8:12 and A:C= 8:3
So, A:B:C= 8:12:3
Simple!
