Hey there !

a/b = 2/3

Now ,

\frac{7b-4a}{7b+4a} \\ \\ = \frac{ \frac{7b - 4a}{b} }{ \frac{7b + 4a}{b} } \\ \\ = \frac{7 - 4 \frac{a}{b} }{7 + 4 \frac{a}{b} } \\ \\ = \frac{7 - 4( \frac{2}{3}) }{7 + 4( \frac{2}{3}) } \\

= [ 7 - 8/3 ] /[ 7 + 8/3 ]

= [(21 - 8 ) / 3 ] ÷ [ 21 + 8/3]

= 13/29

Therefore ,Required value is 13/29 .
