a-b= 5
ab= 50

So, Let a= 5+b
Therefore,
ab= 50
5b+ b² = 50
b²+ 5b-50 = 0
b² +10b -5b -50= 0
b(b+10) -5(b+10) = 0
b= 5 or b= -10

Now substitute the value of b in ab= 50
So we get,
a= 10, b= 5

So (a+b)= 10+5= 15

THEREFORE THE ANSWER IS 15....
