it is given the relation a*b = a² + b² .
and question want with us to find the value of (2*3)*4

first of all, find (2*3) = ?
2*3 = 2² + 3² = 4 + 9 = 13

now, put 13 in place of 2*3
then, find the value of (2*3)*4
so, (2*3)*4 = (13)*4 = 13² + 4²
= 169 + 16 = 185

hence, option (c) is correct.
