Given,

A is the brother of B, B is the sister of C. C is the father of D.

So, C is male.

It means A, B and C are siblings i.e, brothers and sisters.

And given C is the father of D.

So, D is the daughter or son of C

Now, How D is related to A?

We know that daughter of one's brother or sister is Niece, If it is son Nephew.

Here D's sex is not determined.

A, B, and C are siblings. So, D is niece of A if D is female, D is nephew of A if D is male.

So D is Niece or Nephew of A.
