if a leafy branch of a healthy potted is covered with a polythene bag, tiny water droplets are seen on the inside of the bag. why does this happen ?which part of leaf is responsible for this function?what are its other function?

This is because of the process called transpiration.The process is taken place in stomata.Stomata help in exchange of gases during photosynthesis and respiration.
