what are the pron and cons of communism what will be the consequences if communism is commented in India?

the pros and cons of communism are 
pros :- 
1) there is same standard to everyone.
2) there is only a little crime because the law is strictly enforced.
3) removes local culture and hereditary elites.
4) And, many communist countries will invest in education.
cons:-
1) there is too much focus on the group than the every individual.
2)you cant raise your standards without being corrupted and active in politics.
3) no personal freedom.
4) there will be many executions if you went against the communist government.

if communism is implemented in India then there we would know the cons will happen. as india is following democracy with communism we know what is happening in india. with all criminals and selfish politicians come in control of the country by public voting and many more .
