If a mirror is taken to be a circle, and a light ray is tangential to the mirror (contacting at just one point) what would happen?

50 points. If the question isn't clear, ask for more info

sankalp61003: More info
sankalp61003: It isn't clear
aniaaru263: Okay ummm... Imagine a spherical, convex, mirror ball. And a light pointer. So if, using the laser pointer, one somehow makes the light contact the mirror only at one single point, what would happen? Got it...?
astha83: in circle means in spherical surface
astha83: or something else
aniaaru263: Spherical surface
astha83: Right so earlier I had given that only
aniaaru263: That was not what I'd asked for

it would be a concave mirror

aniaaru263: Not what I asked for. Thanks anyway

If a mirror is taken to be in circle and a light ray is tagential to the mirror than the image which will form will be virtual , erect and diminished regardless between the difference between the mirror and object

astha83: It is right or not
aniaaru263: If I knew it's right or not I'd have not asked this question
aniaaru263: But yeah you got the question right
astha83: hm thanks for marking my ans brainliest
